Whilst being caught in Olympic fever you forget that there are other sporting tournaments happening elsewhere in the world and with golf having no place in The Games until next time round in Rio, this weekend men where hitting balls into holes under the South Carolina sun at the US PGA Championships. We’re very pleased to say that wonderfully curly haired Rory McIlroy of Northern Ireland won by an eight shot record victory, claiming his second major and taking him back to number one in the world rankings. Rory popped in to Murdock Covent Garden last year and has since been our very favourite golfing gent, so we’re sending a big congratulations to young Mr McIlroy!
