Experience

Lilly developed an interest in hairdressing at a young age. During her formative years she would explore the various methods offered to control, tame and style locks – reaching the realisation that with enough skill and the right products, you could achieve almost anything.

She eventually put this passion to good use, starting off, like many stylists, as a Saturday girl in her local salon. Her formal training was undertaken at the College of North East London, and when she left she soon picked up work at prestigious salons such as Philip Kingsley and at concessions in Harrods and Selfridges.

Lilly specialises in Trichology (that’s the scientific study of hair and the scalp), making her highly knowledgeable when it comes to areas of concern such as male pattern baldness, excessive dandruff or damaged hair follicles. This training has enable Lilly to skilfully style difficult hair patterns and hairlines.

Definition

A lover of all textures and shapes, Lilly believes that to achieve a good haircut and a happy client, one must take into account how the hair naturally wants to sit – a detailed consultation before the scissors even come out of their box is a must. By working with the natural flow of the hair, Lilly can demonstrate the styles best suited to each client.
